ARC Welcomes Dr. Beth West as the Chief Health Center Officer

Dr. Beth West, DBH, MSW, LISW-S, CNE started as Chief Health Center Officer at ARC Industries, Inc. on January 6, 2025, where she will lead the way in creating a community health center. This health center will provide medical, dental, and behavioral health care to those with developmental disabilities and their families as well as the community at large. Dr. West has over 24 years of behavioral health experience with fifteen being in the integrated community healthcare setting. During her time as the Chief Operations Officer at Health Partners of Western Ohio she led ten fully integrated primary health centers in seven communities, overseeing medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and OB/Gyn, care to over 50,000 patients in 2022. In addition, she launched two co-location projects with community behavioral health agencies bringing primary care providers and clinical support teams where severely and persistently mentally ill and substance use disorder patients already felt comfortable seeking services. Dr. West also serves as a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University in their Doctor of Behavioral Health Program where she assists students in developing strategies to strengthen relationships with interdisciplinary teams and enhance integration of behavioral health into internship settings.
