The PACE Program at ARC Industries continues to make a meaningful impact by helping adults with disabilities prepare for community-integrated employment. Since last spring, PACE has partnered with North Broadway United Methodist Church (NBUMC) to provide work trainees with valuable on-the-job training.

Tiaunna Coleman has been an Employment Services Professional (ESP) at ARC for about a year, where she helps young people learn job skills and plan for their futures. When she’s not working at ARC, she enjoys coaching the basketball team at Marion Franklin High School. Tiaunna loves teaching both job skills to her participants and basketball skills to her players.
